FAQs:

1) Woah, dude! Why does it cost so much to send items to the USA/Rest of the World?

Shipping charges to countries outside of the UK and Europe are, unfortunately, pretty expensive. We don't make any profit from shipping costs and when you place an order, we pass on the shipping costs to the couriers we use.

2) Can I arrange a courier to collect my merch?

Yes, we can arrange this. Please contact ormedroneuk@gmail.com before placing your order.

3) I paid extra for my order. Will you put my delivery on an express service?

We would like to thank everyone who pays more than the list price for merch and digital downloads. All extra proceeds help us fund merch, tours, PR, etc! But please note that we do not offer an express service. We use the same delivery service for ALL orders. In short, paying on top of the list price will not speed up delivery times. Sorry.

4) I ordered an item and need to change the delivery address. Can I change that after my order has been placed?

No. Once an order has been despatched, we have little to no control over it (especially overseas). Please ensure you provide and up to date and accurate shipping address before placing your order. We are not liable for an order if you provide us with the wrong address.

5) Do you offer same day delivery?

In some instances, yes. But only to the following UK destinations:

Hitchin
Stevenage
Letchworth Garden City
Baldock

6) Can I collect my order?

At shows, yes. Or if you live near Stevenage or Hitchin in the UK, then please contact ormedroneuk@gmail.com to arrange collection BEFORE placing your order.
Return Policy
1) "I received the wrong item"

No problem. Any goods purchased that are not as you ordered them (wrong size, item, etc) will be replaced as soon as possible. We will also arrange collection of the incorrect item (if circumstances allow us to do so). In the event a replacement can't be made, we will provide a full refund via PayPal.

2) "I didn't receive my order" or "my order arrived damaged"

Any goods damaged or lost during transit will be assessed and dealt with on a case-by-case basis. In normal circumstances, we tend to provide a replacement item or process a refund if we are out of stock of the item.

3) "Damn! I ordered the wrong item"

You can send merchandise back to us if you ordered incorrectly and we will exchange the item. Please note, you (the purchaser) will be liable to pay all shipping costs (we're a band, not Amazon. sorry). We can offer exchanges at shows (see point 5).

4) "I bought something from your BandCamp page and want to change it/get a refund at one of your shows. Is that possible?"

Yes. All items must be unopened with a proof of purchase (e.g. an e-mail confirmation). Without a proof of purchase, we will not provide any exchanges or refunds.

5) "I bought an item at one of your shows and its damaged/wrong size. Will you exchange it or offer a refund at another show/online?"

Yes, but we would need to see a proof of purchase. At shows, we can offer receipts, if needed.

6) "your merch sucks. I don't want it anymore"

We only accept returns of unwanted and undamaged t-shirts and clothing (e.g. patches) which are retained in their original packaging (where applicable). We do not accept returns of unwanted and undamaged CDs, tapes, optical media (see point 9). You must return the goods within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase and you (the purchaser) will be liable to pay all shipping costs. On receipt of the returned items, we will process a refund.

7) "can I order and item and pay you when it arrives?"

We don't do a 'Buy now, pay later' scheme, so quit asking.

8) "How will I receive a refund, if I've asked for one?"

PayPal (or cash/PayPal at shows)

9) "I don't like the music on the CD/tape/vinyl I bought from you. Can I get a refund if I send it back to you?"

No. Why buy our music when you can stream it on various platforms before deciding to make a purchase? We're on Spotify and BandCamp (oddly enough) where you can listen before you buy. (note: we know this sounds obvious, but this has happened to us a few times).

10) I ordered your merch from a third party (e.g. eBay, Discogs). Can I talk to you about the order?

If you are buying our merch from a website other than our BandCamp page than you are not buying it from us. We are not liable nor responsible for items sold by a third party.
